Nilda G. Thomas - MBA/eBusiness, is CEO and President with over 20 years experience in information technology, distance learning, marketing, and strategic planning to corporate and government entities. Thomas served on the Washtenaw County Workforce Development Board, which provides oversight and management to employment training initiatives and programs within the community.
 
We partner with clients to create virtual campuses for their organization to provide an eLearning solution that includes a mix of content, learning management, collaboration, and communication services. We offer the advantages of a hosted-solution to organizations that want quality training for their workforce without having to purchase or maintain an expensive online infrastructure.
 

Together Workforce eTraining Solutions, LLC /IFEA offers over 5,000 courses online. IFEA courses are available through an annual subscription at a fraction of the cost most college and universities charge for one course.  Subscribers benefit as courses will be continuously added at no additional cost to the subscriber. Through Workforce eTraining Solutions, LLC courses are available a le carte or can be purchased by catalog subscription allowing organizations to develop unique curricula for their workforce.
